Nothing feels more Filipino than being welcomed home and being invited to eat at the table. Our restaurant in Manila, Manam, was born from the tradition of gathering family and friends around a festive meal. We recreate our own memories of this through serving timeless Filipino fare ā€”Filipino as it isā€”alongside our own take on these dishes.

about us

At their well-loved spots in Manila, tables turn over quickly, and securing one is like a game of musical chairs, which more often than not begins behind a waiting line.

In Singapore, hayop will allow for reservations and relaxed dining, all while churning out both trademark dishes from Manila and new fare created exclusively for Singapore.

While the succinct wine & spirits list has been curated by the partners themselves, avid wine & sake lovers.

Open along Amoy Street for lunches & dinners, Tuesdays through Saturdays.

the moment group

In 2012, 3 friends shook hands to create 1 restaurant together and broke that promise.

Over the course of 11 years, they have built over 60 restaurants and created a portfolio of over a dozen F&B concepts and counting in the Philippines.

At the helm are Abba Napa & Eliza Antonino, who together with Jon Syjuco, founded The Moment Group in Manila in the summer of 2012.

Highly regarded for their homegrown portfolio of casual but iconic brands that dot the Philippine dining landscape, it is in fact, their much celebrated and beloved smart casual eatery, Manam, that champions their personal brand of Filipino fareā€”the inspiration for this new passion project in Singapore.

Together with a collective of talented humans known as Team Moment, who have cut their teeth working at The Moment Groupā€”chefs to front of house stalwarts to designers and brand buildersā€” they conceptualize each restaurant, creating what goes both on and around the plate.

This Singapore outpost for fine-casual Filipino fare is no different: conceived with their inimitable perspective.
